How CertifyForce practice questions are made

Every CertifyForce question is mapped to the current official Salesforce exam outline, cites the Salesforce documentation that supports its answer, and is checked against those sources before it is published. Every bank is audited for duplicates and answer giveaways, and Warren Walters, a Salesforce MVP, reviews flagged questions and reader reports. Questions are drafted with AI and verified by a separate, independent AI reviewer. This page explains each step, what it catches and what it doesn't.

The pipeline

  1. 1

Start from the official exam guide

Each bank begins with the current Salesforce exam guide, copied word for word: every section, its weight and its objectives, plus the exam facts (question count, time limit, passing score). Each outline topic is paired with two to four official sources from help.salesforce.com, developer.salesforce.com or Trailhead.

  2. 2

Plan the bank to the section weights

A bank holds about 300 questions, split by the official section weights, so a section worth 20% of the real exam gets about 20% of the questions. Each batch of questions covers its own topics so the same idea isn't tested twice.

  3. 3

Draft original questions with AI, from the docs

Questions are drafted with AI (Claude) in small batches, each tied to one outline topic and written as an original scenario. Every question carries an explanation and the documentation links that support the answer. Nothing is copied from the real exam or from braindump sites.

  4. 4

    Independent verification against the sources

A separate AI reviewer that did not write the question rereads the cited documentation and checks that the correct answer is right, that each wrong option is actually wrong, that the explanation is accurate and that the question fits its outline topic. A question that fails is marked for editing and is never served until it is rewritten and passes a fresh check.

  5. 5

A full audit of each bank

Once every question in a bank is verified, an audit pass reads the whole bank: it finds near-duplicate scenarios across sections, rewrites every flagged question and spot-checks a sample. Rewritten questions go back through independent verification.

  6. 6

    Automated checks for answer giveaways

A validator checks that every question maps to an outline section, flags duplicates, and measures answer-position balance and how often the correct answer is the longest option, a common giveaway in practice tests. Options are shuffled each time you take an exam. For the JavaScript Developer bank, every code snippet was run in Node.js or a browser to confirm its output.

  7. 7

Human review by a Salesforce MVP

Warren Walters, a Salesforce MVP with more than 10 years on the platform, oversees the banks from an admin console: he reviews questions flagged by the reviewer, the audit or a reader, spot-checks banks, and can edit, reject or approve any question.

  8. 8

Reader reports go into a review queue

Every question in a practice exam has a report button. Reports land in a queue, each one is checked against the official documentation, and the fix ships to the bank. A question with a confirmed problem is pulled until it is corrected.

  9. 9

    Kept to the current outline

When Salesforce publishes a new exam guide, the outline is captured again and the bank is updated to match, including renamed credentials such as Platform Administrator and Agentforce Specialist. Exam facts were last verified against the official guides in July 2026.

A full practice exam draws 60 questions with 105 minutes on the clock, weighted to the official section proportions, and any single section can be practiced on its own.

What this does and doesn't guarantee

  • AI verification catches most factual errors, not all of them. That is why the sources travel with every explanation, so you can check the answer yourself, and why reader reports go to a person.
  • Practice questions are original scenarios written to the outline. They are not the real exam questions and won't match them word for word.
  • We don't publish pass rates, because we don't have reliable data on who passed the real exam.
