What CertifyForce does differently
- Pay once, keep it: $19 per certification with lifetime access, or $19.99 a month for all 13 banks.
- A published review process. Every question cites the Salesforce documentation behind its answer and is checked against it before it goes live; the full pipeline is at https://www.certifyforce.com/how-questions-are-made.
- Readiness by section: each 60-question, 105-minute practice exam is weighted to the official section proportions and scored by section, so you know which section to fix.
- Study guides written to the same outline, linked to the questions they teach, and a tutor that cites its sources.
- Try before you pay: a free diagnostic, free sample questions for every certification and 100 credits, no card.
CertifyForce vs Focus on Force (now K2U)
The longest-running dedicated Salesforce practice-exam site, founded in 2014 and acquired by K2 University (part of K2 Partnering Solutions) in 2022. focusonforce.com now redirects to K2U, which calls itself “the new home of Focus on Force”.

- An “Exam-Ready Bundle” at $249 includes practice exams, an official Salesforce exam voucher and a month of expert support.
- Questions are described as “original questions created based on the study guide topics”, balanced by the exam weightings. We found no published description of how questions are reviewed.
- No pass guarantee: “We can't guarantee that you'll pass the exam.”

CertifyForce vs Udemy practice tests
A marketplace of practice-test courses written by individual instructors and small academies. Quality and freshness depend entirely on the author.
- Most Salesforce practice-test courses sell for $11.99 to $18.99 during Udemy's near-constant sales (list prices $19.99 to $99.99).
- Courses carry lifetime access and Udemy's 30-day refund.
- Question counts range from about 140 to 750 per course. A popular Admin 6-pack has 360 questions across six timed 60-question tests.
- Review and updates are self-declared by each instructor. One top-rated Admin course describes its questions as “hand-crafted” and updated for the latest release.
Where Udemy practice tests is stronger
- Often the cheapest paid option.
- Years of public ratings to judge a course by (one Admin 6-pack has 7,500+ ratings).
- Video courses from the same instructors.
Choose Udemy practice tests if you've found a well-rated, recently updated course from an instructor you trust and price matters most.

CertifyForce vs Salesforce Ben
The largest independent Salesforce news and community site. It publishes free practice exams, written by a Salesforce MVP, for a small number of certifications.
- Free 60-question practice exams for Administrator and Platform App Builder, “professionally written” by Salesforce MVP Christine Marshall.
- We found no paid practice-exam product on the site today; its former courses site now redirects to the main site.
Where Salesforce Ben is stronger
- Free, MVP-written questions.
- Daily articles and a large community around every certification.
Choose Salesforce Ben if you're studying for Administrator or App Builder and want a free, second set of practice questions.
CertifyForce vs Trailhead and Trailhead Academy (Salesforce)
Salesforce's own learning platform, and the authority on what each exam covers. The official exam guides point to Trailhead trails, superbadges and paid Trailhead Academy courses rather than to practice questions.
- Cert Prep trails such as “Study for the Administrator Certification Exam” use scenarios and interactive flashcards (about 1 hour 20 minutes for Admin).
- The Administrator exam guide recommends a Trailmix, superbadges, Trailhead Academy courses and Salesforce Help; it doesn't offer official practice questions.
- The only official practice test on Salesforce's exam pricing page is for Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, at $20.
- Trailhead Academy runs paid, multi-day instructor-led courses.
- Exams themselves cost $200 for Administrator-level credentials (retake $100) and $400 for Architect (retake $200).
Where Trailhead and Trailhead Academy (Salesforce) is stronger
- The official source: the exam guides and documentation every other provider, including us, writes to.
- Hands-on practice in a real org through trails and superbadges.
- Instructor-led training directly from Salesforce.
Choose Trailhead and Trailhead Academy (Salesforce) if you're learning the platform from scratch. Use it alongside any practice exam, because practice questions test what you know but don't teach it in an org.
