Live facilitation, in-channel activities and office hours

What the exam expects
- Prepare in-channel activities ahead of each session: reset and tailor them for the client and topic, and write facilitation instructions into the facilitator guide.
- Choose the right in-channel activity for the moment: a conversation starter to get a quiet class talking, a practice activity right after teaching a skill, an emoji poll to break the ice or check knowledge.
- Run knowledge checks during the session, before moving on to the next lesson.
- After the sessions, find super-users with the Days active column of the Members export and build a champions network from them.
- Recommend office hours in a Slack huddle for ongoing questions about features, workflows and apps.
- Key terms: conversation starter (open-ended icebreaker); practice activity (hands-on use of the skill just taught); emoji poll (answers given as reactions); super-user (a highly active member); office hours (a recurring drop-in session for questions).
