What the exam expects
- Find the setting that opens a feature to all members: the Workspace settings Permissions tab, Roles & permissions > Account types, Feature access > AI, or Workflow steps, triggers & integrations.
- Explain how an org policy in an Enterprise org overrides workspace settings, what the lock icon means, and when Workspace Owners may edit a setting.
- Configure Workflow Builder access: who can create workflows, disabling Workflow Builder, steps and triggers, keyword triggers in private channels, exporting workflows and downloading form data.
- Decide who can change custom emoji and canvas template permissions, and where AI feature access is controlled.
Key terms:
- Permissions tab: the Workspace settings tab holding feature toggles such as Publish Workflows and downloading workflow form data.
- Account types page: Roles & permissions > Account types, where owners pick which role types can take an action.
- Org policy: a setting saved in Organization settings that applies to every workspace and locks the matching workspace preference.
