Choosing Slack features: canvases, lists, huddles, workflows
Match a requirement to the Slack feature built for it: canvases for formatted reference content, lists for tracked items, huddles and clips for live versus async talk, channel email for systems that can't use apps, Workflow Builder triggers, and Slack Connect or multi-workspace channels for who needs to be in the conversation.
Given a list of requirements, determine which feature to use to satisfy the requirements.

What the exam expects
- Choose a canvas or a list for content, given whether it is a formatted document or tracked items, and configure the list (fields, board view, CSV, form, sharing).
- Choose a huddle (live, screen share, joinable link, AI notes) or a clip (recorded, async).
- Bring a system's email into a channel and pick the Workflow Builder trigger that removes a manual step.
- Choose a Slack Connect DM, a Slack Connect channel or a multi-workspace channel from who must be in the conversation, and fix channel problems with posting permissions or per-channel retention.
Key terms:
- Canvas: a surface for fully formatted content such as a project plan.
- List: items with customizable fields, views and threads for tracking work.
- Huddle: a live audio and video conversation in a channel or DM.
- Clip: a recorded audio or video message of up to five minutes.
- Multi-workspace channel: one channel shared with several workspaces of one Enterprise org.
