Fundraising, platform and partner solution fit
How to fit a nonprofit requirement to Agentforce Nonprofit, then to shared Industries and platform tools, then to AgentExchange, before anything is custom built; plus the edition and interface prerequisites, the Experience Cloud fit for community users, and which Fundraising record or tool matches each kind of gift.
Evaluate the appropriate Agentforce Nonprofit, Salesforce Platform, and third-party solution options to meet nonprofit customer requirements.

What the exam expects
- Work a fit-gap in order: an Agentforce Nonprofit feature first, then Industries shared features and standard platform tools such as Flow Builder, then ready-built AgentExchange solutions, and custom development last.
- Confirm the platform prerequisites a customer must plan for: a supported edition and Lightning Experience.
- Recognise who the product is built for, how it differs from NPSP and other managed packages, and the next steps Salesforce suggests when a customer is unsure which features it needs.
- Recommend Experience Cloud when service providers, volunteers, beneficiaries or donors must work with the organization's data.
- Choose the Fundraising record or tool for a requirement: Gift Entry and gift batches, gift commitments, in-kind gifts, bequests and asset transfers, soft credits, the Donor Profile, and gift acknowledgments.
- Key terms: fit-gap (matching each requirement to existing capability before building); shared features (tools common to Salesforce Industries products); AgentExchange (the Salesforce marketplace of agents, apps and features); gift commitment (a promised, not yet paid gift); soft credit (recognition for someone who influenced a gift without counting the money again).
