What the exam expects
- Map each real-world stakeholder to its object: an individual, an organization, a household, a non-family group, a department of a larger body, or a non-human stakeholder such as an animal.
- Explain what makes a business account a household, and how members, related contacts, related groups and related business accounts differ.
- Choose account-contact, contact-contact or account-account relationships for a relationship, and know that an inverse relationship needs two relationship records, each with a party role relationship.
- Decide when record types, an account hierarchy or a custom object fit better than another relationship record.
- Translate an NPSP-era household into the Agentforce Nonprofit model during migration.
- Key terms: person account (one record that combines Account and Contact fields for an individual); business account (an organization or group of individuals); party relationship group (a record that defines a business account as a household or group); party role relationship (the role pair that describes a contact-contact or account-account relationship); inverse relationship (the same relationship recorded from both sides).
