What the exam expects
- Create orders from quotes, recognize when creation fails, and tag orders loaded by integrations as Revenue Management orders.
- Split one quote into several orders and state what the split can't do.
- Submit activated orders to Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator and read the Submit Order action's inputs and outputs.
- Change an activated, unfulfilled order with a supplemental order and predict what happens to the original.
- Configure an order lifecycle with object state definitions, custom permissions and activation.
Key terms: Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator (DRO) (decomposes a commercial order into technical products and fulfillment plans); fulfillment plan (the tracked stages and tasks that fulfill an order); supplemental order (a draft copy that changes an activated order before fulfillment); point of no return (PONR) (the fulfillment stage after which a line is locked); object state definition (the states and transitions of an order lifecycle).
