What the exam expects
- Plan the setup that makes marketing agents available, and match each edition to what it lists.
- Start a campaign from a description, ground the brief, then refine the preview before the save boundary.
- Explain which agent actions run on flows and what those flows must supply.
- Generate and revise channel content with the Content Builder agent.
- Predict what Einstein segment creation suggests or leaves out, and what happens next to the segment.
- Choose the right marketing agent for an account-focused sales alignment need.
Key terms. Campaign brief: the record holding objective and grounding, from which the preview is built. Campaign preview: the proposed name, flow and messages saved in the brief. Strategic grounding fields: brief fields such as goals, KPIs, priority or guardrails. Agent action: a standard task an agent can run. Einstein segment: a Data 360 segment drafted from a plain-language description.
Building custom large language models or managing external transformer architectures is outside this exam; everything here uses the out-of-the-box agents.
