Deployment, pilot and training strategies
Choose between a phased rollout with a pilot and a single cutover, validate in the right sandbox before go-live, plan a 24x7 cutover with a rollback runbook, train each role at the right time and scale with train-the-trainer, then support, measure and reinforce adoption.
Given a scenario, recommend appropriate deployment and training strategies.

What the exam expects
- Recommend a phased rollout with a pilot or a single cutover from the size, spread and data constraints of the contact center.
- Design a pilot: who joins, what success criteria and exit gates it has, and how feedback flows back.
- Plan UAT in the right sandbox and a cutover for a 24x7 center, with a rollback runbook and handling of in-flight work.
- Build role-based training (reps, supervisors, executives, admins), time it around go-live, and scale it with train-the-trainer.
- Support users after launch (hypercare, super users), measure adoption with dashboards against a baseline, and reinforce it.
Key terms: pilot (a small group of end users who try the system before everyone else); UAT (end-user testing in a sandbox to confirm the solution does what was requested); train-the-trainer (training a small group who teach their local teams); hypercare (exam convention: intensive support in the first weeks after go-live); adoption dashboard (reports on logins and record activity).
