Context-aware reports, dashboards and billing analytics
How to put record-scoped report charts and URL-filtered reports in front of users, what dynamic and static dashboards show and can't do, how snapshots and summary formulas build trend and ratio KPIs, which asset fields power lifecycle KPIs, and what the Billing Analytics dashboards show and need.

What the exam expects
- Put a KPI in the context of the record a user is viewing: a Report Chart component with a record filter, or a report opened with URL filter parameters.
- Choose between a dynamic and a static dashboard, and name what each can't do (subscriptions, scheduled refresh, licence-type viewing limits, running-user exposure).
- Build trend and ratio KPIs with reporting snapshots and summary formulas.
- Pick the Revenue Management field behind a lifecycle KPI (asset action Business Category and Change in MRR, Total Lifecycle Amount).
- Match each Billing Analytics dashboard to its audience, and state its licence and setup requirements.
Key terms: Report Chart component (a report's chart on a Lightning page); dynamic dashboard (shows each viewer only the data they can access); running user (whose access a static dashboard uses); reporting snapshot (scheduled copy of report results into a custom object); summary formula (formula over grouped, summarized values); Billing Central (home of the Overview and Invoices dashboards).
