Faceting, selection and results interactions
When faceting is enough and when to write a selection or results interaction, how Data Source Connections extend faceting across datasets, the data selection and serialization functions that shape a binding, and how to trace a binding that returns the wrong result.
Given business requirements, develop selection/result interactions with different types of queries.

What the exam expects
- Decide whether faceting, a selection interaction or a results interaction meets a filtering requirement, including across datasets and SOQL queries.
- Configure faceting per receiving query (All, Include, Exclude, None) and connect data sources for cross-dataset faceting.
- Write an interaction with the right source, data selection function and serialization function for the target query form.
- Predict what a binding produces for multiple, null or empty selections, and bind initial selections, groupings, measures and limits.
- Use Show Details and View Query Details to trace a binding.
Key terms: faceting (selections in one widget automatically filter other queries); selection interaction (.selection, evaluated each time the user selects); results interaction (.result, driven by another query's results, no trigger); data selection function (cell, column or row, which picks data from a source); serialization function (asObject, asString, asEquality and others, which format that data for the target query); Data Source Connections (common-field links that let queries on different sources facet).
