What the exam expects
- Trace a grant through the Agentforce Nonprofit for Grantmaking (formerly Nonprofit Cloud for Grantmaking) objects, from the administrative-phase setup order to the post-award phase.
- Build a multi-section application with the form framework, customise a prepackaged Grantmaking flow, and launch it from a funding opportunity on the site.
- Configure review workspaces, batch review assignment and record sharing for reviewers.
- Record funding awards with the right fields, and model amendments, disbursements and the requirements that gate them, including automation on approval.
- Set up progress reports and indicator results so grantees report back, and make Outcome Management records reportable by Grantmaking object.
- Key terms: funding award (the single source of truth for an awarded grant); funding award requirement (anything the grantee owes, such as a report); funding disbursement (one planned payment); funding award amendment (a change to an award's terms); application stage definition (the record that bundles one form section).
