> Given a scenario, describe declarative features that improve user efficiency over a series of steps.

## What the exam expects

- Guide users through a stage-based process with Path (key fields and guidance per step, one path per record type) and work many records by stage with Kanban.
- Choose between a screen flow on a quick action, an object-specific action with a trimmed action layout, and a global action.
- Explain what mass quick actions and Dynamic Actions do for users, and their limits.
- Use lead conversion instead of re-keying records.
- Reduce navigation in Lightning console apps with split view, workspace tabs and subtabs, and automate repeated steps with macros and bulk macros.

Key terms: **path** (a visual of a picklist's steps with key fields and guidance for each); **object-specific action** (an action that creates or updates records in the context of the record being viewed); **action layout** (the fields shown when a user runs an action); **mass quick action** (a Create or Update a Record action run on many selected records); **macro** (a saved set of instructions that performs several case actions in one click).
