## What the exam expects

- Tell a question a content owner can answer from their own content from one that needs a site or server administrative view.
- Match a monitoring question (load times, task delays, extract failures, Bridge refreshes, stale content, disk space, licence use) to the built-in admin view that answers it.
- Know who can open each view and where, on Tableau Server and Tableau Cloud.
- Recognize when a question goes beyond the built-in views and needs custom analysis, and how far back Admin Insights data reaches.

Key terms:
- **Administrative view:** a pre-built view on the Status or Site Status page that monitors server or site activity.
- **Server administrator view:** an admin view only server administrators can open, such as Performance of Views.
- **Admin Insights:** the Tableau Cloud project of curated data sources and a starter workbook for custom admin views.
- **Stale content:** content not used or accessed within a threshold you set.
