Where an owner or admin opens a feature to every member (the Permissions tab, Roles & permissions > Account types, Feature access > AI, Workflow steps, triggers & integrations), and how an org policy in an Enterprise org locks or delegates that setting.

- Certification: Salesforce Slack Administrator
- Exam section: Workspace and Org Management
- Study guide: https://www.certifyforce.com/study-guide/slack-administrator

**Official exam objective:**

> Given a scenario, determine which setting needs to be adjusted to allow for all members in a workspace to access a feature.

## What the exam expects

- Find the setting that opens a feature to all members: the Workspace settings Permissions tab, Roles & permissions > Account types, Feature access > AI, or Workflow steps, triggers & integrations.
- Explain how an org policy in an Enterprise org overrides workspace settings, what the lock icon means, and when Workspace Owners may edit a setting.
- Configure Workflow Builder access: who can create workflows, disabling Workflow Builder, steps and triggers, keyword triggers in private channels, exporting workflows and downloading form data.
- Decide who can change custom emoji and canvas template permissions, and where AI feature access is controlled.

Key terms:
- **Permissions tab**: the Workspace settings tab holding feature toggles such as Publish Workflows and downloading workflow form data.
- **Account types page**: Roles & permissions > Account types, where owners pick which role types can take an action.
- **Org policy**: a setting saved in Organization settings that applies to every workspace and locks the matching workspace preference.
- **Publish Workflows**: the setting that controls who can create workflows.
