> Given a scenario, determine the best ways to monitor adoption of features used by active members.

## What the exam expects

- Pick the analytics source that answers a stated adoption question: workspace dashboard tab, message activity, org-level dashboard or the Channel Analytics API.
- Read membership and activity metrics correctly: total versus claimed members, active people versus people posting.
- Use the Members tab and its CSV export to find named people (unclaimed accounts, most active members), and the AI tab for AI feature usage.
- Explain why message activity or private channel data is missing, given the plan, channel type and channel size.
- On an Enterprise organization (Enterprise Grid or Enterprise+ plan), compare workspaces and find Slack Connect participation without opening each workspace.
- Key terms: **claimed members** (people who have signed in at least once); **active people** (read or sent a message); **people posting** (posted at least one message); **message activity** (reach and engagement of one message); **Channel Analytics API** (automated daily public channel engagement data).
