# Agentforce quoting actions and their limits

How to stand up an Agentforce quoting agent for Revenue Management (pricing sync, Employee Agent, Quote Management subagent, activation, Agent Access), and what the Add Quote Line Item to Quote action can and can't do: product and quantity limits, selling options, price books, start dates and configuration.

**Official exam objective:**

> Given a set of customer requirements, including using Agentforce, configure and generate an accurate pricing quote.

## What the exam expects

- Plan the setup of an Agentforce quoting agent: pricing sync, Employee Agent, Quote Management subagent, activation and rep access.
- Predict whether the Add Quote Line Item to Quote action can fulfil a rep's request, given product count, quantity, selling option, price book and start date.
- Decide what the rep must finish in the quote after the agent works, such as configuring a bundle.
- Reject legacy CPQ-package and Service Agent answers for employee quoting.

Key terms: **Agentforce Employee Agent** (agent for employees working in Salesforce); **Quote Management subagent** (Asset Library subagent whose instructions and flow-based actions create and manage quotes); **Add Quote Line Item to Quote** (agent action that creates a quote line on a Revenue Cloud quote); **default product selling option** (the selling model option the agent uses for a product); **Agent Access** (permission set section that grants users an agent).
