## What the exam expects

- Pick the Trailhead learning format that fits a learner's goal: a badge, a trail, a trailmix, a superbadge or a certification.
- Choose a Trailhead Playground (or the feature-specific trial org a badge names) for hands-on practice, and keep practice away from a production org.
- Send a learner to the right people resource: the Trailblazer Community and its groups for peer answers and local meetings, IdeaExchange for product ideas, Trailhead Academy for expert-led classes.
- Recognize Trailhead GO as the way to learn on a phone.
