**Official exam objective:**

> Configure advanced properties for Omniscripts (Mult-language, Save Options, Knowledge Articles, Messaging Framework, etc.).

## What the exam expects

- Configure Save Options, carry saved data into a new version, map resume URLs, and diagnose users who can't save or resume.
- Configure Knowledge Options in Setup and per Step, including keywords, data categories, record types and display outside the Omniscript.
- Build a multi-language Omniscript with custom labels, give a custom LWC extra labels and translate date pickers.
- Send window post and session storage messages, knowing what the Communicate page says about the pubsub module.
- Use Seed Data JSON, SEO URL parameters, Cancel Options and custom error messages.

Key terms: **saved session** (a stored instance a user can resume), **Save Object Id** (the record it attaches to), **custom label** (a translatable value an element property uses), **wpm/ssm** (window post and session storage messages), **Seed Data JSON** (static values loaded at launch).
