How to configure a Data Mapper Turbo Extract: one object with related-object fields up to five levels, the filter options including IN and paging, the always-selected Id, what Turbo can't do, Options-tab caching and testing in Preview.

**Official exam objective:**

> Configure and retrieve data from a single object and related fields using Turbo Extract Interface.

## What the exam expects

- Recognise when a requirement fits a Turbo Extract (one object plus parent fields, no formulas or custom output mapping) and when it needs an Extract.
- Select base-object and related-object fields, and predict that the Id is always returned.
- Configure Turbo Extract filters: IN for arrays, AND/OR, LIMIT, OFFSET from an input node and ORDER BY.
- Set caching on the Options tab and test the Turbo Extract in Preview with Edit as Params and the Debug Log.

Key terms: **Turbo Extract** (a Data Mapper that reads a single object type plus related-object fields), **Selected Fields** (the fields the Turbo Extract returns), **Related Objects** (the list that walks child-to-parent relationships), **IN operator** (matches a field against items in an input array), **Ignore Cache** (the Preview setting to clear when you want to see caching).
