Where and how to place an active Flexcard: the standard Flexcard component in Lightning App Builder, Publish Options targets, record pages in console apps, App Pages as navigation tabs, visibility filters, the lightning-omnistudio-flexcard wrapper in a custom LWC, and Aura versus LWR Experience Cloud sites.

**Official exam objective:**

> Prescribe the optimal placement and methods for embedding Flexcards within Salesforce (e.g., component, tab, console view) to meet strategic user enablement goals.

## What the exam expects

- Recommend the page type for a Flexcard: record page (including console workspace tabs), App Page as a navigation tab, Home page, Experience Cloud page or a custom LWC.
- Place a Standard Runtime card with the standard Flexcard component and restrict where admins can use it with Publish Options targets.
- Recommend Lightning App Builder visibility filters for form factor and record field rules.
- Recommend the lightning-omnistudio-flexcard wrapper when a card must sit inside a custom LWC.
- Raise the Aura and LWR site considerations, including republishing, styling, Streaming API and site-user access.

Key terms: **standard Flexcard component** (the component that loads an active card by name), **Publish Options** (targets that decide which builders offer the card), **App Page** (a Lightning page not tied to an object), **visibility filter** (a rule that hides a component until it's met), **LWR site** (an Experience Cloud site on Lightning Web Runtime).
