## What the exam expects

- Recommend the individualization tool that fits the email type, the place the variation appears and how the variations are supplied.
- Diagnose dynamic content rules that show the wrong content: operator syntax, defined versus free-form values, attribute defaults, empty values and complex rules.
- Prepare a team for Enhanced Dynamic Content and know where it can't be used.
- Choose the AMPscript content and barcode functions that fit a Content Builder account, and know their limits.
- Say what CloudPages can individualize and what a triggered send must pass.
- Key terms: **dynamic content** (content chosen per subscriber by rules); **rule** (attribute, value, operator and content); **default content** (shown when no rule matches); **Enhanced Dynamic Content Map** (an imported column of variations saved as a block); **personalization string** (a `%%attribute%%` merge field)
