- Certification: Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant
- Exam section: Adoption and Analytics
- Study guide: https://www.certifyforce.com/study-guide/experience-cloud-consultant

**Official exam objective:**

> Given a scenario, employ fundamental best practices for adoption and engagement.

## What the exam expects

- Enable reputation for a site and know what it turns on and what it removes.
- Design reputation levels within the documented minimum and maximum, with names and images, and tune point values to reward the behaviour the site needs.
- Recommend adoption and engagement practices: a site manager watching trends, reputation and badges, Insights for acting on new members, and member flagging.
- Decide who can be the site manager and how a trusted external member can still help.

Key terms:
- **Reputation:** a point system and set of levels that rewards members for participating; needs Chatter for the site.
- **Reputation level:** a named point range with an image, shown on profiles and on hover.
- **Recognition badge:** a badge that acknowledges a member's accomplishment.
- **Site manager:** an internal site member with Manage Experiences who nurtures engagement.
