**Official exam objective:**

> Configure Stakeholder Management, including person accounts, relationship objects, and address management.

## What the exam expects

- Build a household with the New Group guided flow: classify members, related contacts, related groups and related business accounts, give the required roles, and know which records it creates.
- Explain what party relationship groups can represent over time, including merging and splitting groups.
- Create a party role relationship with its inverse, read an account-account or contact-contact role correctly, and complete inverse relationship records.
- Relate a person account to an organization or to several accounts with account-contact relationships, and show those relationships on the account page.
- Describe what Actionable Relationship Center (ARC) shows and how it is configured.
- Key terms: **party relationship group** (defines a business account as a household or group); **party role relationship** (a role and related role describing a contact-contact or account-account relationship); **inverse relationship** (the second relationship record that describes the other direction); **Related Contacts** (the account related list of account-contact relationships).
