## What the exam expects

- Set up outreach source codes in Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Nonprofit Cloud) Fundraising: UTM parameter mapping, Outreach Source Code Generation and its code formula, and single or bulk creation from a campaign.
- Apply an outreach source code during gift entry and explain what fills in from it and what the Outreach Summary needs before it appears.
- Plan the prerequisites, licences, public group and template library access for gift acknowledgments and tax receipts.
- Customise acknowledgment templates (supported fields, one extra Gift Transaction field, currencies) and generate a single receipt or a batch with the right filters and options.
- Key terms: **outreach source code** (an identifier for one outreach method or message of a campaign); **Outreach Summary** (Data Processing Engine rollups shown on campaign and source code pages); **DocGen** (Salesforce Document Generation, which renders the acknowledgment templates); **Document Generation Query Result** (the record that holds a generation job's PDF under Files).
