## What the exam expects

- Configure the administrative phase of Agentforce Nonprofit for Grantmaking (formerly Nonprofit Cloud for Grantmaking): application timelines and the funding opportunity fields that point to them and to a budget template.
- Build budgets with categories and periods, and prepare a budget template that applicants fill in on the Grantmaking site.
- Place the Budget component on budget and application pages, pick its state, and know where it doesn't run.
- Explain saving, submitting and the Submitted checkbox, read variance, and track spending with budget allocations.
- Plan for data volume in budget category values.
- Key terms: **application timeline** (open, close and decision release dates for funding opportunities); **budget category** and **budget period** (the rows and columns of a budget); **budget template** (a budget with categories and periods but no values); **budget allocation** (a record of spending against a budget or category value); **variance** (actual minus planned).
