Sales credentials cover the sales lifecycle from lead to close and how Sales Cloud and Agentforce support sellers. They start with a foundations exam for sales representatives and lead to the consultant credential for people who design sales solutions.

## Which Sales certification should I start with?

Start with Agentforce Sales Foundations: it has no prerequisite and the CertifyForce pack is free with an account. Move on to Agentforce Sales Consultant once you also hold Platform Administrator, which that exam requires.
